This isn't for everyone

Honest disqualifiers. Saves us a bad interview, saves you a bad job.

  • You're not comfortable with a commission-only role.

  • You can't commit at least 20 hours per week within 9am - 5pm Eastern Time. If your availability is less than that, the role won't work.

  • You're looking for a 1-2 month gig. We invest heavily in onboarding and only accept reps committed to at least 6 months.

  • You want to write your own scripts and pitches. Our customers mandate the talk tracks. Top reps earn flexibility over time, but newcomers don't.

  • You're set in your sales style and not open to coaching. Live coaching inside a virtual sales floor is how we operate. If that's not for you, this isn't either.

Frequently asked questions

How much can I really earn on Glencoco?

Payouts range from $450 to $1,200 per qualified meeting depending on the campaign. The average part-time rep earns at $32/hour, the average full-time rep earns about $37/hr, and the top rep in April 2026 earned $13,375. Glencoco has paid out over $2.27M to reps since inception. Earnings are performance-based with no cap.

Do I need prior sales experience to apply?

We're built for SDRs with 3+ years of cold-calling or appointment-setting experience to plug in fast. That said, we also accept select newcomers who shine during our group interview, where coachability and voice quality matter as much as years of experience. If you've got the drive, apply.

What does the application process look like?

Four steps: (1) a short pre-application questionnaire to confirm fit (about 5 minutes); (2) a brief orientation video so you understand the role; (3) the full application with a script reading you record yourself; (4) booking a weekly group interview with one of our Sales Leaders. The interview is also your audition. Most reps go from application to interview booking within a week.

How quickly can I start earning?

After being accepted in the group interview, you'll sign a 1099 agreement and complete onboarding (typically 1-2 days). From there, you can start dialing immediately on your first matched campaign and book your first qualified meeting within the first week if you're hustling. Payouts hit your Stripe account shortly after booked meetings show and qualify.

What's the time commitment?

Minimum 20 hours per week within business hours Eastern (9am-5pm ET). Most successful reps put in 30-40 hours. You can ramp into full-time once your numbers prove out. We don't accept reps who can't commit at least 20 hours per week, and short-term gigs of 1-2 months won't work; we're looking for a minimum 6-month commitment.

Is this a 1099 contractor role?

Yes, fully 1099. Performance-paid only: you get paid per qualified meeting you book. No earnings cap. We handle the 1099 tax form delivery at year-end.

What does a typical day look like?

About 98% cold-calling, 2% email follow-up. You dial inside a virtual sales floor where coaches and other reps can listen to your calls (and you to theirs), which is how we deliver fast, real-time coaching. Most reps dial about 226 conversations per hour using our AI-powered autodialer. Conversations get you meetings; meetings pay you.

Will I get to pick my own scripts and pitches?

Not initially. Our customers (the brands we represent) mandate the scripts and talk tracks that protect their brand reputation. Reps follow the methodology that's contractually required. Once you become a top performer and earn a campaign leader's trust, more flexibility opens up.

What do I need to get started? (Tech requirements)

A modern laptop or desktop (Mac or PC, less than 5 years old), a quality wired headset with microphone, reliable broadband internet (50+ Mbps recommended), and a quiet workspace. Most of the time, you should not have to pay for any tooling or software costs, but we do have a BYOT (tools) program for folks who want to bring their own tech stack.

What if I get rejected? Can I reapply?

If you're not accepted, you can reapply when your situation changes (more sales experience, more available hours, etc.). However, if you book a group interview and don't show up without 48 hours' prior notice, you're blacklisted from reapplying. Accountability is table stakes in sales.
